Fougue looks at how feeling is rarely static. The glowing heart grows and dissolves, suggesting how love, longing, or memory can swell and recede without ever fully leaving. It’s a quiet study of rhythm and how an inner state can keep its own time, even when everything else is still.

This piece began as an experiment with how colour and texture could carry emotion without words or figures. Building the work as a loop allowed the image to breathe, reflecting how feelings repeat and settle rather than ending cleanly.
